Through the work that we do we want everyone to understand and see themselves as beloved and sacred, worthy of focused time and care. As such, we help you process your past, present, and future life story, connecting the dots to find healing and experience growth throughout the journey.
Taking the first step can be hard. It calls for a slower pace of life, a commitment to honesty with ourselves and another, but ultimately we do not take this journey alone. If you find yourself here and have an ache within, may you see this an invitation to, in the words of the sage Wendell Berry, “take up a different story.”
